Can I use the Fort Reports software out of a WiFi zone?
— Yes. This is an actual App which is downloaded onto your Tablet. Inspect on top of a mountain, it doesn’ matter. Complete 2, 3 inspections in the outback. You simply upload when you are in WiFi, and off she goes !

Can I send my “Legal” / “Terms & Conditions” before my inspection and have clients “Agree” to my Terms?
— Yes. Once you fill out the inspection address, Client name, Price, etc. Simply press the “SEND CLIENT CONFIRMATION”. An e-mail is then sent to your clients email, WITH or WITHOUT your Legal agreement (You decide). They will either “AGREE” or “DISAGREE” with the information and an e-mail is automatically sent back to your e-mail address with the reply.

How are my credit card & reports secure?
— Quite. Apple / Google actually secures your account. When you purchase report credits, you go through an Apple / Google iTunes account. Fort Reports only secures your E-mail address.

Can I use a camera and get my photos onto the inspection report?
— Yes. iCloud, DropBox, direct connection or any way you can get photos onto your tablet. Then the picture is simply chosen from the tablet library. The easiest and most timely way is to simply use the tablet camera. Here you have the picture go EXACTLY where you want it. No importing required.
— Thermal Camera? Thats right, with the New FLIR ONE™ camera attached directly to your tablet. You can now take thermal images and have them directly placed where you want them. Then ….DRAW on the thermal photos. How cool is that!

How long can my notes be?
— Quite long. Although the general fields are character restricted, you can still get alot of information into each individual section. When lengthy explanations are required, using “OVERVIEW / SECTION” notes is the way. “OVERVIEW / SECTION” notes will always be positioned at the beginning of the section.
Example: If the entire electrical system has many problems and you wish to express why the entire building needs to be rewired. No problem. Write away…

Can i get my clients to sign the inspection report?
— Yes. Not just sign the report, but sign on the tablet using just their finger. Clients are impressed and can see and edit their signature.

Can I add my Logo and Legal Terms & Conditions to every inspection report?
— Yes. In the “USER” interface, you add all of the data you want to be on every inspection report. Company name, Inspector name, Contact info, Logo at top of every report and most importantly add you “LEGAL / Terms & Conditions”. terms & Conditions will be at the end of every report for your clients to view and sign.
